Winter Brew

A comforting brew to support the immune and respiratory systems while the cold has taken over the Northern hemisphere.


• The Ingredients •

2 cups of water

2-3 sprigs of fir

1/2 lemon

1 cinnamon stick

1 tbsp of ginger (grated)

1 tbsp of honey


• The Recipe •

Wash, grate, and chop the ingredients and place them in a pot except the honey. Add hot water (not boiling!) and let the brew infuse for 10-15 mins. Add honey to a cup and serve.

Enjoy the taste of the forest!
